Hi Bob:
Just a quick note. I droped by the Berkely drill site on the 21st and they were just pulling the drill string out of the hole. They were not hanging the string off the rig so I am making the assumption they were getting ready to move the rig, or had no plans to put the drill string back in the hole any time soon. I did not see any flow testing equipment on site (no flare stack or knockout drums). They did have 6 portable tanks (~ 400 bbls each) on site and if my memory serves me right this was more tankage than ESSO had when they last drilled a well on this lease site (winter 1998). I only had time for a quick drive by before flying east to the home swamp for a holiday. I am in the same ballpark as your mother but I didn't have the same degree of excitement from Air Canada as she did.

Regards From NS
