I must comment on this bit.
Ziasun has sought but failed to get court injunctions against some of its harshest critics. Tobin says they're short-selling the stock--claims that the critics deny--hoping to earn a profit by driving the price down. "Those people are fanatics. You cannot win a debate with them."

Well first off you never tried. You came on here as yourself and "Zsun-Corporate," spewing garbage and PR or garbage filled PR's. A few simple questions got asked, and you went out like a Beeeeyotch.
Namely, why try civil debate when you can instead try to oppress free speech with a SLAPP suit.
Second, you can't win a debate with us, cuz the truth is on our side and everytime you open your piehole you wind up crossing up something you've already said.
Whatever happened to you calling Interpol, the FBI and the Shaolin Monks to take care of Auric? Was that just more hot air escaping your sphincter, or was it like it was figured here, they laughed so hard at you that even you took the hint.
I will give you credit, even though you recently sold stock at the then low for the year, you did better this time. After all, last time you sold your restricted shares back for practically nothing. Let's see $70k loan, and you trade what, 130k shares of restricted stock, to make it go away. That's 53 cents a share assuming I got the split right on that, at a time when the stock was $5ish. What is it with former ZSUN CEO's selling shares for pennies on the dollar. Hey, considering todays closing price it looks like your recent selling was one of, if not the smartest thing you ever did.
You know Tony, I bet one of the toughest things of all for you is knowing all along, and knowing in your gut today, that we were and are right. I guess you could always try being a man and admitting it. You'll feel so much better when you just come right out and admit that after the porn sites crapped out, all the other websites were just a mish mash of money losing garbage with no future. Go ahead, come out and tell the world why it is that all the old financials kept getting changed up on your top notch 100% above board operation. How come your part of the operation isn't living up to that "profitable internet company" crap but is instead DOA.
Bottom line is the single biggest mistake ZSUN ever made,was suing the ZSUN 8.(2nd biggest was not settling the suit 10 months ago, wonder what 3rd biggest will be looked back as) I know The Truthseeker and myself spoke on the phone for one of the first times ever right after the suit came public and we couldn't understand it. After all, this stock was dead last summer, and this message board would have been as well, if it hadn't been for ZSUN's good buddy Francois(the truth bit me on the ass once but I didn't know it)Goelo continuing to hype and lie about ZSUN. If not for the touting and taunting of Francois, the ZSUN 8 had lost interest and was moving on. It wasn't just the eight, but ZSUN all ZSUN supporters and naysayers, the rose was off the bloom here. Of course once sued, the ZSUN 8 has done what it has to do to defend itself, namely, continuing to uncover the hideously deformed ugly truth about ZSUN and all those that pull it's strings.
Ironic isn't it. The very SLAPP suit that ZSUN thought would hush it's online critics, has instead rallied them together with the common goal of defending there name, and in the process helped show the world how scummy the whole ZSUN stock promoting game is. The means that you thought would bring about our downfall, has instead brought about your own(see the closing price), and it ain't over, NOT BY A LONGSHOT. Unless of course you want it to be.
