Brister, I received an e-mail from the company and it included the following text: The company has made arrangement with applicable market makers in the US and the appropriate Form 211 filings have been initiated and filed. The completing and filing of these forms means that the company has satisfied all applicable requirements of Securities and Exchange (SEC) Rule 15c211 and the filing and information requirements of NASD Rule 6740 of the NASD By-Laws. In an e-mail from Adam R. today - after my querry about the latest release, he mentions that, "it shouldn't be long until trading on the OTC BB. I do not know the exact day. There are forms being filed by market makers as we speak." It's been so long that I've fallen asleep awaiting news that will help move this stock. I still have grave reservations about this happening soon. Not getting my hopes up as they've been dashed before by these guys. Brian
