Yaacov, I been meaning to get back to you. As you can see, there has been a startling development with Intel and its suit by Digital. Intel is going to have to be more swift and aggresive in defending its image or some people may think that to be a sign of weakness.Last week it was the flaw bug bs and now the patent infrigements. I am sure this issue will be addresed and resolved appropriately. Frank
