Perhaps people/investors are taking a good look at UP.

Here are the positives: they are now lean (and I hope mean re business dealings), they are drilling mostly (or perhaps all) their own wells, the downsizing has been approved, cash flow and earnings are positive and growing, current gas prices are excellent, and reduced drilling/completion.

Depending on the number of successful wells drilled this year coupled with an apparent 6 to 8 month payout we may well see a cash flow and earnings growth attracting institutional buyers. If and when Pinedale starts to hit will also greatly add to the value of UP.
