Okay and another research work done on a convent in Notre Dame uncovered that the nuns had a 0% incidence of breast cancer, Alzheimers disease and other debilitating and degenerative disorders. These nuns were writing brilliant treatises well into their mid-90's. Not only that but they were superior swimmers, divers, dancers (yes even ballet). I don't what it is they abstained from but I could guess.
