Dunno. If UIS keeps going down at some point it could become a bargain. Too much damage. Too many disappointments.Could be a buyout candidate. At some point UIS will look attractive but it's going to be dead money for awhile. Hope this helps. Lots of good stuff out there...why bother? niv
