Thanks, Rob - wouldn't miss this for anything...still holding 100%. I've reposted my original estimates for Elastic below.

Original Estimate:

Elastic Networks: 2/14/2000
Number of Shares: 281,479
Total Cost: $2,175,000 Canadian; $1,500,000 US
Hypothetical stock price six months after issuance: $20-$40 US
Hypothetical value six months after issuance: $5,629,580-$11,259,160 US
Hypothetical value six months after issuance: $8,162,891-$16,325,782 Canadian
Minus Purchase Price: $5,987,981-$14,150,782
Rough EPS: .215-.509 Canadian

Now, FOR FUN, here's what COULD happen:

Elastic wants to raise $75M USD, so I would GUESS that the number of shares issued will be somewhere around 5-6M with a target price of $12-$15. The demand will be high, so the stock will price above the high end of the range, say $17. It will come out the gate pretty hot, somewhere around $25. It may seesaw for a bit, but I really wouldn't be surprised to see it settle in the $30-$40 range. If so, iTech will make at least $10M Canadian on this investment, an EPS somewhere around $.37.

(NOTE: these figures are pure speculation, the ruminations of a someone highly invested in the company).
