They missed 10 gig but as far as 40 gig ALA or NT or LU we have to see.ALA have several big trials in 40 gig area underway..... ALA owns 40% of submarine market and is very strong is cross-connections. They aim to be top 3 from No 4 this year and I think it is realistic. Let see how they IP optical router due for release for customers trials by the end of the year will work. As far as statement everybody, who is in top 3-4, either this is networking, optics is claiming to be a leader. In the case of ALA there are area of optics where they are No 1 like submarine systems. I think we may see few positive surprises from ALA in optics this year. Zbyslaw
