USA Video Interactive Responds to Third Round of Comments from SEC

MYSTIC, Conn., Jun 30, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- USA Video Interactive (Pink
Sheets:USVO) (CDNX:US.) (www.usvo.com) today submitted responses to the third
round of comments received June 22 from the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission regarding the Company's latest revision of its Form 10.
Today's submittal is one week ahead of the filing deadline for these responses
and will be available for review on "EDGAR" Monday, July 3, 2000. The SEC will
review the Company's responses and may have additional comments.
While this SEC review process continues, USA Video Interactive shares trade in
the United States on the National Bureau of Quotations under the symbol USVO.
Trading on the NBQ requires the services of a brokerage. The Company's shares
continue trading in Canada on the Canadian Venture Exchange under the symbol US.
Once the SEC review is complete and USA Video Interactive's Form 10 filing has
been accepted, the company will apply for reinstatement on the OTC BB exchange
in the United States.
