Rambi enters wearing her new sequined red, white, and blue thong. She had been saving it for the 4th, but sometimes a situation requires us to be flexible.

Now is such a time.

People all over SI are frightened, angry, confused, lost.

But here at DAR, we are so frequently confused that life has gone on almost normally. When others began ranting on official SI threads about the problems they were encountering, most of us here were still scratching our heads and repetitively hitting ENTER.

However, even we began to realize that something was not right at SI. Our names were changed, our posts disappeared, people were suddenly placed on ignore (this was the giveaway we NEVER would be so rude at DAR as to ignore someone).
And it occurred to us that maybe, for once, it isn't our fault our posts are screwing up. I mean, I can screw up just about anything. I recently sent out a change of e-mail address and someone wrote and said, silly, you sent it out and left your old address on it.
Oh.
So it took a while for me to decide maybe I wasn't the one somehow causing this influx of
s and
s.
I contacted Rambi immediately.
ANd that is why she is here in her new thong, waving a flag, and singing "We Shall Overcome".
We must have faith, we mustn't give up, we must keep typing and pressing SUBMIT, retyping and pressing SUBMIT, re-retying and pressing....
