*NASDAQ IS INVESTIGATING PLUVIA GROUP* Any post that is over the line should be reported to the head of NASD Consumer Complaint Division, James Bohlin, Fax No. 301-212-2534. I have personally spoken with a representative at NASD, tel. 202-496-2500, and told her about the barrage launched by the Pluvia group. I told her that in my opinion the attack was a deliberate attempt to lower the stock price of COII to cover the short position that PLUVIA and his group have. The NASD representative encouraged me to file a complaint with the Consumer Complaint Division at NASD, attention James Bohlin, and to give him as many details about the abuse as I had. I did, and faxed them numerous copies of over-the-line postings, newspaper articles and background information about the person behind the name "Pluvia." If you feel equally enraged about this type of market manipulation as I do, I encourage you to do the same. You may also wish to complain to SEC.
