Lighten up.. Nobody is espousing joining a convent. Overindulgence is what is in question and its not the 'natural' but the excessive. Take a concensus of the eating, spending, imbibing ways and general 'keeping up the Joneses' lifestyle prevalent in our culture and see what you come up with. The ensuing stress has a way of creeping into the psychological makeup of traders as well. When one looks at trading as a fun hobby to be enjoyed they will fare better. These nuns are just an example of anyone who is happy with their vocation in life. Orchestra conductors also enjoy longevity.
