russwinter, by main subject I assume you are referring to the "Gold, Mining & Natural Resources" category. SJD does not appear on the list when I click on the category either. I reported the omission to SI today and asked them to look into it and to correct it if possible.
On the matter of shareholder action, I can see that the white knight route might be more expeditious than trying to organize a general shareholder revolt. Of course, shareholders would have to feel confident that any white knight offer, from whomever it might come, was fair and not just an opportunistic 'vulture' intervention. And gaining that confidence might eat up precious time. That being said, I think there is merit and possible advantages to that approach, too, as an option.
When you explained that it would be helpful to have a Canadian with some savvy, etc. to help out in this matter, I was tempted to suggest you get in touch with Danny Deadlock. And lo&behold, here he is on the thread doing a survey of shareholders, indicating he has something in mind by way of possible remedy. I hope everybody will respond to his survey promptly. |
