From the article:

Among the biggest announcements was one by Microsoft about its new partnership with wireless data firm Aether Systems to provide access to corporate intranets with the new Pocket

PC devices that use Microsoft's software. Aether will launch a new Enterprise Internet service provider service using Sierra Wireless AirCard 300 modems and the Compaq iPaq Pocket PC.

The service, which costs $39.95 per month, will be developed, sold and supported by Aether. The first customer for the service in the third quarter will be online brokerage TD Waterhouse Group Inc., which will offer it as the 'webBroker Wireless' to its 5,000 largest customers. Customers not only will be able to get wireless e-mail delivery but also access to other content. In the brokerage's case, that might include research reports.
