If the code dont fit, you must aquit. According to legal-speak, DEC is aiming for a pay-off, and why did they wait til now, when profits from the Pentium lines are large? Sounds like attorneys are taking over where the engineering/marketing dropped off. What is the scope of the INTC Legal team? How frightening!
