Is this Yahoo post bogus?:

What has me interested is attributing the quote "between $5 and *10" to CIEC (sic) analyst Matthew Smith. I couldn't find this story within the Sydney Daily Telegraph's website. And there's some suspicious stuff in this copy and paste. Like the mispelled words. But also the corrupted special characters. It's not unheard of for a copy and paste to corrupt such characters, but it will be consistent. Note the dollar symbol corrupted in front of the "10", but not the "5". What I'm saying is this post looks "made up", not copied and pasted as you typically see. I would LOVE to be wrong about this, because reaching an OEC.AX price of $5-$10Au "soon" is an NYSE ADR of $24-$48! Granted, "soon", is vague, but if Matthew Smith is throwing around numbers that big already, we better start yacht shopping NOW. Somebody please find me a LINK to this story. I'm not familiar with "jerzymil", so that's no help. I couldn't find any other posts under that name either.
