SI has forced many new changes on its members without any survey input from its community.

Not true, I sent many messages with explitives to SI admin reagarding the new SI interface.

Would the old SI have been voted out in October 1999?

Never, would have been 29,856:1 (SI Bob would have to go with management)

Would moderated threads ever have been voted in?

Yes moderated threads would have been voted in during the SI popular days. I would have voted for it. Now I realize that it is censorship and would vote against.

Everyone has a right to change their opinion don't they?

What to prevent this $$$$ rating nonsense from being put upon us like Raging Bull is doing?

I'm starting to hear about that. I rarely go to RB, don't have the stomache for it.

Has SI ever asked it members what features they would like?

Yes they did in fact. Think the result is they listened to people that had time to say something about that rather than REALLY asking some of the more popular people what they thought.

The rest of your message is confusing. I'll stop here. maybe I'm just tired.
