If Attorney Tim Blackford verbally lied to you, you should report him to his state bar (or local or federal, but I've been told state is best). If he lied in court documents, you should report him to the Attorney General for possible perjury charges. As you have found out the hard way, NEVER do a thing an opposing attorney asks you to do unless you have in writing what to expect in return. I'm sure you'll win a huge judgment against ZSUN. The only question is whether they will still be around to pay you ;^). - Jeff
