If I didn't do it I'd deny it, of course, and if I did do it WILLFULLY, then I am a dishonest scoundrel by definition and such a person would also lie and claim not to have done it. "No Knowledge" is the correct response to an infringement charge, but not to a charge of "willful infringement". I can't imagine a situation in which the FIRST response to a charge of WILLFUL infringement would be to admit it. Later, maybe, if caught with a smoking gun, but the kind of person who would do that would also not admit it, at least not on first accusation with no visible evidence.
