I always thought that ANGLY would be a player in all this. Maybe it could still happen? But, you seem to feel the shares are are locked up by ABX regardless of a higher bid from ANGLY?

The other question is how the pieces and properties that PGD holds get used? Does ABX now trade the rest of Kahama to ANGLY for Buly South? Might not be neccesary if ASL can't earn it's interest by October. When you look at the pieces now, you can see how ANGLY/ASL has really been locked out and confined to Geita (and TNX's Geita East) by this preemptive move. Bad news for ANGLY, and surprising they weren't more of a factor.
