NY Stew: Thanks. The explanation is clear, so you get kudos as a teacher, even if some experiments went Bong years ago. On an entirely different subject, if, repeat it, the Gemstar merger is blocked by the US Gov't, my memory is that you have said that would not be too bad, in fact given the arrangements already in place between the two companies might even be good for Gemstar. Do I remember that right? The reason I ask is that looking at the recent US Gov't actions on MSFT and WCOM, a rejection of the GMST merger seems in the cards. No way to know of course, but isn't it more realistic to assume no merger, or difficult conditions at a minimum, than a simple green light? Again, thanks for the clarification on SNDK's MLC. Best.
