NUTK Visit Report I just sent to my readers:
Good Afternoon all!
I hope you all are having a good 4th of July Weekend thus far. I will be sending out today, a total of 3 e-mails with reports on my recent visits to Nutek, (OTC Pinks: NUTK), Kaire Holdings (OTCBB: KAHI), and NU Pizza Holding Company (OTCBB: NUZA). These reports will be staggered through out the day, and I am writing them in the same order I visited the companies. NUTK first, KAHI next, and NUZA last, which like I said previously, is how I visited the companies last week, during my visit to California.
These visits also include pictures, so be sure to click on the link included in this message, and follow the instructions to view those pictures.
Three other companies (NASDAQ stocks) you might want to keep your eye on that have been doing well IMHO, are FIBR, ISLD, and WAVX. Of the 3, only WAVX has been profiled (below) by Voyager's Stock Tips,
stockfaqresearch.com
as the other two, FIBR, and ISLD tend to be a bit more expensive in price that most of you prefer (though since ISLD is still under 50 bucks, my upper limit for a company profile, I still might do one on them ... but I'm not sure yet). Hence the reason I've not profiled these two companies, in detail.
However, I think (In my opinion that is) all three are moving back towards the prices they were, BEFORE the recent market 'crash'. FYI ... both FIBR and ISLD were around 150 bucks, and WAVX was over 50 bucks.
Now back to the subject at hand ... my recent visits to 3 companies in California.
My first one is the:
Report of my visit to Nutek, OTC Pinks, NUTK on Monday, 6/26/2000.
If you’d like to see the previous profile that Voyager's Stock Tips did on NUTK (March 26th, 2000), I’ve reposted it today on the Raging Bull here:

I visited Murray Condarie and Nutek during my recent visit to the Los Angeles, California area, and here is my report of that visit.
Q = Me asking question
A = Murray Answering question
I also will be including any observations if any, I made while there. Please note, Murray’s answers are paraphrased, and are NOT word for word (I just can't write that fast!).
Also, if you wish to see the pictures I took of my visit (there are only a few of them, as Murray wouldn’t let me take pictures for competitive reasons of most of the location, nor did he or Sharon want to have pictures of themselves taken) here:

Picture labels (or rather each picture's file names) are self descriptive. Just click on the first file name, then click on the back button of your browser, to return to the directory. Then click on the next file name, and repeat the procedure until you view all the pictures.
Q) When will you be getting off pinks?
A) It’s a long drawn out process and we think we are getting close to answering all the SEC comments. We are working very hard with the SEC to do this, and just sent back another set of comments to them and are currently waiting for them to review them.
Q) Once the SEC is satisfied, how long of a period do you think it will be for you to return to the OTCBB?
A) Once the SEC is satisfied, we already have a couple of Market Makers that have registered to be our Market Makers. Thus, it shouldn’t take more than 48 (business) hours AFTER the SEC approves our filings, before we would move from the Pinks back to the OTCBB.
Q) What about news, why the silence?
A) The problem is if we were to put out news, while the SEC is looking at our filings, and AT us, it would then generate MORE comments and slow down our return to the OTCBB. This because the SEC frowns on PR’s, and acquisitions, during this comment period. Thus we are in a ‘Quiet period’ right now, until the SEC is satisfied. Once the 'Quiet Period' is over, you will once again hear from us via Press Releases on what we are doing. Until then, we are indeed in a 'Quiet Period'.
Q) Revenues?
A) Around 250k right now.
Q) When will next Earnings Be?
A) By August 15th.
Q) Shot at the 10 Million (Mentioned in Newsletter)?
A) Due to the SEC comment period and issues, we are behind on that. Once we have this behind us, we (still) feel we have a very good shot at it, just most likely, NOT this year.
Q) Gas/Oil prices, how affecting the Oil business part of Nutek?
A) Doing well
Q) About how many barrels of Oil is the Oil division producing?
A) Roughly in March, it was between 15 and 1700 barrels.
Q) When release of wall plate product and for how much?
A) We have a few more tweaks of it, but are about ready to go into production with it. It will cost about 14 bucks per unit.
Q) NASDAQ Option, when?
A) Well, while we can’t promise, our goal is to be on the NASDAQ within 18 months after we return to the OTCBB.
Q) Clock product, how progressing?
A) Doing well, and we are working with the Veterans groups we use to train/produce them.
Q) Buynetplaza ( buynetplaza.com ), current version of website has now been up for almost a year. When can we expect upgraded version?
A) I have a lot planned for it, and want to make sure we have it just right. No guarantees or promises, but … hoping for September.
Q) Divisions in general, how are they?
A) They are all profitable.
Now, my observations. The facility was clean, and well lit, Murray, Sharon, and crew were very nice people, and while I didn’t talk with Sharon in great length, I did so with Murray. I found Murray to be an affable, intelligent Man, who knows what he wants, knows what he has planned, and knows how to get it done, all just in my opinion of course.
In my opinion, they are VERY close to getting off the pinks, as per Murray, they’ve been VERY involved with the SEC auditor who has been reviewing their SEC filings. In fact, per Murray, the auditor doesn’t mind one bit that they, Nutek, keep calling them, to check on their (filings) progress. This per Murray, is because per the SEC Auditor, they view this as a good sign, as it shows them (the SEC) that they (Nutek) truly cares about getting any issues resolved and cleared up with them (the SEC).
In any case, that’s it … if you have any questions, in relation to my visit, let me know, and if I can answer them, I will.

As always, be sure to do our own DD and Research, and then decide for yourself.
IMHO, when playing the OTCBB and/or the Pink Sheets market (with IMHO, the Pinks being the most 'risky' of the lot), one should only risk funds that one is fully ABLE and Fully WILLING to lose TOTALLY!
Should after completing your OWN DD and Research, you find you are still interested, and decide to buy any of these companies stock, then IMHO, you should ONLY invest not only what you are ABLE to lose completely, but ALSO what you are WILLING to completely lose.
If you would like to know more about these companies, or any other company that has been profiled by Voyager's Stock Tips, go here:

-------------------- Lastly, and I can NOT stress this enough, do your OWN Research and DD, and then, and only then, decide for yourselves if ANY of these companies, is something you might or might NOT be interested in.
Happy DD and Researching!
