Dear Mr Youssef, I found it very strange that the stock was up so nicely. As you probably know, Bear Strearns did the bond offering so that is why they came out as "attractive". Maybe there is a takeover rumor floating and the issue of the press release, on the bond offering, was a cover for the buying. Have any thoughts. Please respond by morning.
