Obviously the boyscouts can prohibit their little charges from associating with GAYS in boy scout uniform, but CUBANS must be forced to associate with their distant family members- no matter how repellent (or so sayeth the conservatives). Of course the Supreme Court doesn't see it quite that way (since it would be WAY inconsistent)- so let's all give three cheers that the Supreme Court isn't full of hypocrites who lack the gift of reason.
