2nd Report, On recent company visits, this one to Kaire Holdings, KAHI, OTCBB.
The 'Report' for the KAHI tour I just sent out to my readers:
Good Afternoon all!
I hope you all are having a good 4th of July Weekend thus far. I will be sending out today, a total of 3 e-mails with reports on my recent visits to Nutek, (OTC Pinks: NUTK), Kaire Holdings (OTCBB: KAHI), and NU Pizza Holding Company (OTCBB: NUZA). These reports will be staggered through out the day, and I am writing them in the same order I visited the companies. NUTK first (which you should now have a copy of by now), KAHI next, and NUZA last, which like I said previously, is how I visited the companies last week, during my visit to California.
These visits also include pictures, so be sure to click on the link included in this message, and follow the instructions to view those pictures.
Three other companies (NASDAQ stocks) you might want to keep your eye on that have been doing well IMHO, are FIBR, ISLD, and WAVX. Of the 3, only WAVX has been profiled (below) by Voyager's Stock Tips,
stockfaqresearch.com
as the other two, FIBR, and ISLD tend to be a bit more expensive in price that most of you prefer (though since ISLD is still under 50 bucks, my upper limit for a company profile, I still might do one on them ... but I'm not sure yet). Hence the reason I've not profiled these two companies, in detail.
However, I think (In my opinion that is) all three are moving back towards the prices they were, BEFORE the recent market 'crash'. FYI ... both FIBR and ISLD were around 150 bucks, and WAVX was over 50 bucks.
Now back to the subject at hand ... my recent visits to 3 companies in California.
My Second Company visit from Last week, is the:
Report of my visit to Kaire Holdings, OTCBB, KAHI on Tuesday, 6/27/2000. Along with myself, there also, were Paulbk, Paul’s wife, tackman (tim), and Tony (I’m not sure of Tony’s ‘screen name’).
If you would like to learn more about Kaire Holdings, and what it is about, I suggest you start here to BEGIN your research and DD on the company:
yourway.to
The above website is maintained by a Kaire Holdings long, who posts under the handle, lisau on the Raging Bull.
You can also go here to view pictures I took of that visit.
stockfaqresearch.com
Picture labels (or rather each picture's file names) are self-descriptive. Just click on the first file name, then click on the back button of your browser, to return to the directory. Then click on the next file name, and repeat the procedure until you view all the pictures.
I would also STRONGLY suggest you go to the Raging Bull, and view the postings of paulbk, who has for the most part, already posted HIS report of the Kaire Holdings tour. I find Paul’s postings VERY insightful, and find he captured for the most part, pretty much all of the tour.
You will need to log in or sign up for (if you’ve not done so already) to the Raging Bull to use the below link to see Paul’s profile (the easiest way to view his postings on the KAHI board, among others):

What Paul said, pretty much in my opinion, captured the ‘meat’ of the Kaire Holdings tour.
Thus, I will keep my report here as short and sweet as possible, as I do think Paul said it VERY well about what the tour was about, in my opinion of course.
Please note, the responses to the questions, are NOT word for word, as I just can NOT write that fast!
Q) (Me to Owen N.) What about Dilution, what is being done to keep it under control, and what is the current O/S and Float?
A) (Owen N) O/S is currently 104 Million and the float is about 85 Million shares. While we don’t have a crystal ball, we currently have no plans to further dilute. Anything else that we feel needs to be done, we will be looking for it to be done via equity.
Q) (Paul) Does that 104 Million O/S figure, include the Classic Care shares?
A) (Owen N.) Yes
Q) (Me to Owen) It’s been a VERY long time since the last shareholders meeting, when I was here before and asked, Mr. Westlund said that perhaps if revenue allowed it, one might be held late Summer, or the fall of 2000. Where does that stand now?
A) (Owen N.) I will look into it, but I will tell you it wouldn’t be anything fancy when we held it, as we don’t want to spend a lot of money that could be used elsewhere in the company.
Q) (Paul or Tony) What about financing, how is that going? Isn’t it important to have cash to draw on should the need arise?
A) (Owen N.) We are currently working on getting a ‘DRIP’, and financing that depends on Equity instead of shares. However, we are fine as well as cash flows goes for now, with what Classic Care is bringing in. Thus we really don’t see a need for financing.
Q) (Me) Profitability, is it still on track for 2nd Quarter, as per Mr. Westlund’s Interview with Wall Street Reporter?
(see this link to listen to that interview: wallstreetreporter.com )
A) (Owen N.) That (the profitability that Mr. Westlund Mentioned) was held up by some unexpected delays in closing the Classic Care Deal, by about 75 days, so no, don’t expect to see profitability in the 2nd quarter.
Q) (Me) Spin Off’s, when at least details are coming?
A) (Owen) that too was held up by the Classic Care Acquisition, and there is a 75 days period for some other things that need to be completed.
Q) (Me) So, is it more near or more Far away, at least for the DETAIL’s of the Spin off’s?
A) (Mark Baum) More closer than farther away, but we can’t promise anything.
Q) (Me) Netfame, progress and launch Date?
A) (John Williams) We are progressing nicely. (Mark) We are looking more towards Fall.
Q) (Me) Will it look like the current front page of netfame.com ?
A) (Mark, Owen, and John) Defiantly NOT.
Q) (Paul or Tim) What about the company website (http://www.kaireholdingsinc.com ), how is it progressing, will it be out soon?
A) (John Williams) Yes, it is going nicely, and we expect it out in a few weeks.
Q) (Me) How will Netfame be financed, as we have a concern about dilution.
A) (Owen and Mark) We plan on using Equity, and incoming revenues, and will try to NOT add to dilution.
Q) What is your current Burn rate for YesRx?
A) (Owen) Burn rate is 40 to 70k a month.
Q) Classic Care, does it still (legally) exist, or is it all now YesRx?
A) (Mark and Owen) We are currently looking into that, as Classic Care has a lot of current recognition. Thus we are looking into weather we will have Classic Care as a subsidiary of YesRx, or if it will just become YesRx.
Steve Mazlin will be staying on as Head of Pharmacy, and Joel Rubenstien (sp) will also be staying on as well. (I forgot as what title)
The above was conducted at Stason.
The Stason facility is IMHO, HUGE. I also find that once again, I underestimated what Stason is bringing/brought into their deal with Kaire Holdings/YesRx.
There is plenty of room (see pictures of warehouse) for the fulfillment center, that Kaire Holdings is looking into for YesRx, though they have yet to decide if to actually move Classic Care to the Stason Facility.
Then there is the China and Taiwan connection. Stason and it’s parent, Standard, are the #3 pharmaceutical company in Taiwan, and I got the impression was a very well respected company in those countries.
We were told that there is huge potential here for YesRx and that Mr. Baum has been assigned to bring out the best potential for this aspect of the deal.
We were also shown a video by Harry of Stason, and it mentioned they were also into Veterinary medicine as well as human medicine and many other things in the pharmaceutical industry. Harry also advised that they are currently using the Ez-Trac process in the beginning of their pharmaceutical processes, and that one of their goals was to try to turn it into a medicine delivery system as well.
I also asked Mr. Baum how feasible it would be to have a Chinese version of YesRx.com, especially since China and Taiwan are 2 to 3 years behind the USA in their ‘internet revolution’ so to speak.
Mr. Baum advised that while it was somewhat far in the future if such a thing did happen (in other words, he wasn’t saying it was something that would happen), it yes, was something that he felt could be done.
As for Classic Care, I think Paul got a very good handle on what that was about.
Here are his posts here on it:
ragingbull.com
which was in response to a poster here:
ragingbull.com
Which as Paul said, and I agree, pretty much summed up the direction that Classic Care is going in.

As always, be sure to do our own DD and Research, and then decide for yourself.
IMHO, when playing the OTCBB and/or the Pink Sheets market (with IMHO, the Pinks being the most 'risky' of the lot), one should only risk funds that one is fully ABLE and Fully WILLING to lose TOTALLY!
Should after completing your OWN DD and Research, you find you are still interested, and decide to buy any of these companies stock, then IMHO, you should ONLY invest not only what you are ABLE to lose completely, but ALSO what you are WILLING to completely lose.
If you would like to know more about these companies, or any other company that has been profiled by Voyager's Stock Tips, go here:

-------------------- Lastly, and I can NOT stress this enough, do your OWN Research and DD, and then, and only then, decide for yourselves if ANY of these companies, is something you might or might NOT be interested in.
Happy DD and Researching!
