If you visit ZERO's website at savetheworldair.com, you will find all sorts of rubbish. Like an extensive list of people under the management page. This seems highly peculiar, considering that the SEC filings say that "The Company has no employees."

I suppose they are assuming that their typical investor will read the webpage but not the filings. That's probably a reasonable assumption. I'd guess the typical shareholder of ZERO is an unsophisticated individual investor, who reads the active RagingBull thread, or receives the spam pump email for the stock.

Re. the list of management, so far I've not found any dirt on them. For example, there's somebody listed who is a "liason to stock brokers" or some such thing -- it turns out that he exists, he is registered with the NASDR, and he has no disclosure events in his record.

So far I don't know anything about the other people on the list. Some have unusual names, which would make searching easier, but still nothing comes up on them in the cheapest and easiest searches I do.
