I know, it is so bizarre. The funniest part of it in a way, in retrospect, was that my friend was less concerned about his being outside with a fork than without a jacket. And imagine my poor husband having to walk several miles in deep snow, and arriving there to find everything calm and having to walk back. It was about five miles each way, and the snow was very deep.
