Brian:

I agree with you about various reasons why this stock suddenly went downhill. It's also a case of buy on rumour, sell on news. Usually profit taking by some, which fuels others to sell and of course, that's those folks who bought in at 17 or 18 cents who are afraid that it will slide back to .25 or less....leaving them back at square 1.

Sometimes price manipulation ( oops....of course that would never happen) using a 200 share sell at market price will lower the price enough for others to jump on the bandwagon the next day. This could occur before a big run-up, such as the one expected to happen soon. Rumour on the street is that .70 is down the road.

This is supposed to be due to the real big news on marketing their product - and it all makes sense.

1. First they got court approval for the restructuring and creditor arrangements

2. They've got good products (growth blocker for cancer) AND exclusivity for CoQ10 in the U.S. which drew offers of mergers. ie. others who say this is a win-win situation - this is good for both of us.

3. Others want a piece of the action and will form a strategic alliance to market this product. THIS IS THE LAST PIECE OF THE PUZZLE WHICH WILL TAKE US BACK UP TO BEYOND THAT 1.00 MARK!
