Although Babish did not state precisely how he was trying to pressure PRLN into holding a shareholders meeting, I got the impression it may involve some legal action. Perhaps against Rhodes directly but this is only my speculation. Someone did state earlier that some of the officers were suing each other. Maybe this is what Campbell meant when he said he could do better for PRLN shareholders in another capacity. Maybe he and Babish are filing jointly in an attempt to get Rhodes.
