Dan, if what you are saying is true, that rmbs management, through ommission, attempted to deceive the public, including its shareholders, in order to drive their stock up to give them the ability to quickly sell their shares and take huge profits--would you hold that they are subject to a lawsuit. I am not an attorney, but if what you are saying is true, I would think that the rest of the investment world, including humongous institutional investors would have filed suit by now. At the very least they would have shed ownership within a heartbeat of finding this out...never to trust rmbs mngt again. Is it possible you are on to something here? Do you really believe rmbs management is attempting such an obvious swindle? Curious as to your response because I regularly scour a dozen or so publications and "threads" but have not come accross this.
