NEWS Fred R. files form 4 PURCHASES 10,000 ASTN on June 21

This news has appeared on my Bloomberg terminal July 1. It is probably not on the free services that you find on the internet, YET, hence
there is no link for me to provide.
Frederic Rittereiser, CEO of Ashton tech. has filed another form 4 indicating his PURCHASE of 10,000 shares of ASTN on JUNE 21 for
$3.25
That brings his recent purchases to 40,000 shares.....I don't think he would be buying into this unless he new for sure that business is about
to start for eVWAP, IMHO.....;^)
