I'm out a sailing on the wild blue sea but put into port every now and again and find a 'puter.

The penthouse has been unlocked for the holidays because everyone promised not to make a mess. But like I told Foxy, I'm apt to drop in and see what you kids are up to. So gwan up and play. And it's ok to tell me what Foxy and arno are up to. Some of the neighbors might drop in also since I think Foxy invited them. (They're the ones that complained in the first place).
