[Excuse me for shouting] SI TOLL-FREE TECH SUPPORT: 1-877-447-7901

GNET gave me the above number.

I did not use SI on June 30. On July 1st fighting with the SI site system and sending an email everytime I had a new error, I called GNET's home office in Seattle (not toll free).

By the time I called GNET, I had already manually removed myself from my PeopleMarks Ignore This Person list, managed to post a board message after removing non alpha-numeric characters from the first line, changed my browser bookmarks since the old id numbers in the saved links did not work, but I was still lost in the black hole some less than expert programmer(s) had created and evidently still has not been able to debug.

When I called them they did acknowledge there were problems[how astute of them]. They asked 2 questions, gave me one suggestion, log out and then log back in, which solved most of my problems. However, they gave me no hint about the message posting error problem that IMHO must have involved spell check which at that time was still running.

Wonder if they will remove the telephone number from this post? or remove my post completely. GNET gave it out and they knew I was just an SI member with posting problems. Maybe this is the number for SI premium $ervice$ ?$?$?$!
