Some GeneralSearch and IT diligence put together from many conversations myself and others have had with the home office along with some insight. As always doing your own diligenge is required.

GeneralSearch is being designed and will be presented as a competitive alternative to the other major search engines, including Yahoo. Naturally it will take time and effort to become the best that it can be and the inroads can already be seen as attested by others that are beta testing. Offering suggestions and reporting problem areas in a constructive manner is important and desired and should be directed to GeneralSearch unless it is a TSIG.com area.

GeneralSearch is working overtime to complete the new look of it's layouts and additions. The next month or two should show many desired updates. Of course this is a never ending project. The new visual look may be very soon.

The many awaited projects, both updates and roll outs along with new initiatives, of TSIG.com are also being worked on and we should start seeing them probably this week or the next. The CoffeeCard for one is getting close. My guess would be that both GS and TSIG.com would have Sept targeted to be ready for the execution stage to fully ramp up. This timing comes from when anticipated deal volumes are to be initiated and the feel of when other deals not exposed yet might also implement.

GeneralSearch moves into their new offices August which will about triple their floor space. They also intend to about double their personnel. These folks are very serious about their mission and goals. Remember GS is just now moving toward initial completion that would technically open the doors to the public which would begin their and TSIG.com's generation of active customer procurement.

The acquisition of GeneralSearch brought Affinity and the IB to the table which then added Reliant. This was the breakthrough deal that started the ball rolling toward what we have seen and see coming together over the last few months.

No GeneralSearch - No the other stuff. Without this we would probably still be looking at bankruptcy and dreaming. Now we have the solidification of a new company going on with what appears to be, on the go (approx), $130m in revenues with $6m gross earnings and $5m cash. All 5 companies have exibited (Affinity, Teleswitch, Reliant Marketing) or has the potential (TSIG.com, GeneralSearch) for explosive growth. Combined they all feel an even greater potential beyond going it alone.

These events added the ability to TSIG.com it needed to execute in a proper, accelerating, and driving manner. These events are the execution model TSIG.com has been missing. These events also add the credibility necessary to promote and close deals with quality corporations and of the size and duration that will be impressive.

Edit/clarification the first sentence in the post below: "Assume 25% of the new computer buyers sign up" Applies to the computers being sold by Reliant having GS being offered.

I am also anticipating the addition of multiple web sites with corresponding links to others as TSIG,com develops it's relationships with current and forthcoming clients and areas of interest. Through all of these by design and permission, the drive for GS customers and product sales will be foremost or implied.
