Robert,when have we ever had a democratization of anything in this country? Do we have it in health care?No,how about education?No,how about industry?No,no,no. This is not a true democracy,but a representative government,run by the people with the most money and power. The tendency is to enslave the masses,not to educate them. And when did you see RBOC's as the cure for our ills? They are pseudo-monopolistic,government leaning,regulation stealing(Even though they lost to cable this last time),corporate lethargic cultures(Sorry Ray,just my feeling,tend to be a revolutionary). The niche might belong to the RBOC's,the power to the CLEC's and ALEC's,then to the UMG's and COX's. The true power will be in the rich,well healed neighborhoods of the wealthiest industrial power in the world,
