Voyager,

I received your e-mail and read your write up of NUZA. I haven't gone through the reports on NUTK or KAHI at this point. You have provided a lot of good dd for shareholders, or potential shareholders. I have a couple of comments on NUZA.

1. Although you mentioned NUZA being risky, because of Chapter 11 among other reasons, you didn't go into specifics. Are you aware that existing shareholders are typically erased during bankrupcy proceedings, regardless of the ongoing prospects for the business? This occurs in the greatest % of the cases. Have you considered this in your analysis and what makes this case different?

2. Being from the South I'm not familiar with this chain. Glancing at the pictures it appeared there was not much traffic. A simple question, is the food good?

Thanks again for sharing your work. It reminds me of what a loss control person for a commercial insurance carrier does with the pictures and writeup.
