Tabler, Your information on rates is wrong. More than a few of us on this thread have phones. Jim Parkinson uses his a lot in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.

For base rates in the U.S. see gmpcs-us.com . Note the 30% discounted summer rates. There is a good possibility that those will become the standard rates.

For rates from & to any country currently served by Globalstar, see globalstarusa.com
