MB - According to CNBC, the BATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Fire*) has announced that 'illegal fireworks can explode without warning'. From US Law #47295733761836, 4/6/87, "Under penalty of law, in order to promote the general welfare, it shall be required that all fireworks shall issue an audible, written and braille warning before exploding."
