How long is the lock-up period for that million shares AGPH spent for the acquisition? Just wondering, considering that investment bankers will take almost anything with a pulse public, why wasn't the combinatorial chemistry company that AGPH bought ever taken public? Could it have had anything to do with quality? Lord knows, since San Diego is biotech central, investment bankers are constantly combing under every freeway overpass looking for biotech deals to take public. Maybe Margie will buy the million shares when it becomes available.
BTW, regarding insider selling - given that management has better information than any of us, if they really believe that AGPH will be back at $100 in a year, why sell any stock - they should be BUYING. This is especially true given the short interest. Insider buying would scare some shorts, so why isn't it happening?
