First, thanks for your opinion. This is a discussion group
and one of the reasons I contribute is to get input
from others in the sector investing community.

Our research suggests that there are two times scales
for successfully investing in Select funds. Long term
- 3 to 5 years or medium term - 2 to 6 months.

Currently, our portfolios focus on finding 3 to 6 month
trends in the sector rotation. This strategy has worked
very well for us. We will be introducing a new
Buy & Hold portfolio later in July that will hold
Select funds for 5 years at a time ( more on this later ).

Finally, the commentary excerpt is from our weekly
commentary and thus has a very short time frame
( the next few weeks ). We expect the Selects and the
technologies in particular to do very well in the fall.

Our technology portfolio is up 40% for the year and
we expect another very strong end of year rally as
we have seen in the last few years, but we would
not be surprised to see the NASDAQ back at the
3000 level in the August - September time frame.

So, if you are a buy and holder, by all means hold.
If you are a trader, you will probably want to move
out of techs in the coming weeks.
