... if Fox now neglects basic government services in those PRI constituencies, he will be making a huge mistake. I agree... So yes, he does face a very difficult future, but at least he will have the advantage that people will be open for change... It really does not depend ONLY on him... he needs the co-operation of everyone... I am not sure that he will be able to motivate the entire country... However it is the begining, and I hope they will be able to really change
