I am not attacking you. You are wrong, by saying Americans get IPOs. DEAD WRONG. You have to reside in America. I am not American Citizen but get IPOs because I reside here. I get the benefits in residing in America. so just come to reside in America and dont complain about unfair. I pay taxes in capital gains. If I go to Holland I dont have to pay taxes. I do not claim dutch are unethical and insane. Just you have to accept the law where you live. I am sure many canadians got the ipo for EXFO. So why did you not get? Simply living in Canda does not guarantee you and IPO. Like living in america does not guarantee me an IPO. Now opprtunity are better in America. This is the dream land my buddy. That is why so many want to come to USA.
