It won't be your typical Annual Meeting as Irwin Toy Limited, Canada's largest toy and game manufacturer and distributor, holds its Annual Meeting of Shareholders Wednesday, June 28th, 2000 in Toronto. Highlights of the AGM will include the unveiling of the new Irwin Toy logo and the annual "Toy Test Fest," where about 1000 Junior Shareholders get to test product samples from the company's wide assortment of dolls, games, action figures, arts and crafts, educational toys and interactive products. There will also be a special 'Toys of the Century' display. All this in addition to the normal business activities such as receiving and considering the annual report to shareholders, electing directors and appointing auditors, etc. You know, regular business stuff.
