LawStor, by 'Company' do you mean NUZA? Also, if so, in what way was your friend 'misled' by the 'Company'.
As for NUZA it seems that per them, and some major big time investors (that have been in NUZA for sometime now, and include an investment banker), that were also there, that it seems that they all feel things are going well for NUZA.
Like I said before, small as I think it is, it is the very fact that until the final hearing *IS* held. that there is indeed a danger of it turning from a Chapter 11 into a Chapter 7 instead. This factor, is what IMHO, makes investing in NUZA a risk IMHO.
Only time will tell in the end, which way it goes.
However, aside from the Chapter 11, I think that everything else that NUZA has going for it, is very good. I truly loved the Pizza, it was like NOTHING I'd ever tasted before. The Veggies on the pizza were so fresh, and the dough ... as a touch of sweetness I'd never tasted in a Pizza before, and I loved it.
