Realist, actually, I am no 'closer' to management, than anyone else who wishes to pick up the phone, or chooses to visit them. Goto: yourway.to as it is an unofficial FAQ website for NUZA, and it also has the phone number to reach them. If I happen to speak with them before you do, I will post what I find either here, the NUZA RB board, or both. Like I said before, a friend of mine told me that the longer they delay the final hearing, the better it fares for the company. This because it gives the creditors time to 'calm down' and not be so 'hot tempered' about it. Thus far, it appears that the judge has been supportive of the company, so I take that a good sign.
