Michael, "But if you try to sell the software in the car engine control that make the engine run..." Was not talking about selling copies of any software just the original. Is it really illegal to pull the chip from one car and transfer it to another? It would be illegal for me to download the car's firmware and start burning new chips to sell, that is for sure.
