I never even heard of sawmill gravy. Texas is a bit far for me to go to indulge my culinary whims. But if I ever get the opportunity to try sawmill gravy I will.

There is some absolutely horrible stuff I've had that is called Country Gravy- it looks like white/gray paste with little lumps in it, and I think it actually tastes worse than paste. We had very tasty paste when I was a child in elementary school.
