torben, i'll drop my 2 cents in here. worked nocs for decades and would get to the point where i was too exhausted to sleep - ugly. a doc i worked with swore by ambien, but i stuck with a mgm. of klonpin every once in a while just to get me turned around, i.e. sleeping days ok. i have a great fear of benzos, just because they are so damned good, so i always used the klonopin very sparingly. got to say the sleep is great and no after-affects. don
