Fouad, LGS is an excellent company as well. Their business isn't as broad as CGI's and not as profitable but LGS will do very, very well with Year 2000 work over the next five years. Delays in governmemt contracts have led to some soft quarters last year but I expect the next report (due very shortly) to continue the improvement recorded last quarter. There is a thread here at SI exchange2000.com You might also want to visit their home page at lgs.ca to get a better idea of their business. BM P. S. - I apologize if I haven't addressed any issues in your post - I haven't been able to read it because my computer keeps crashing when I try to read it.
